1. Introduction
Welcome to ChromeHunt M&A Desk. By using our services, you agree to these terms. ChromeHunt is an M&A marketplace for Chrome extensions. Our platform facilitates the discovery, negotiation, and secure transfer of Chrome extension ownership between verified buyers and sellers.
2. Marketplace Conduct
All transactions on ChromeHunt use Stripe Connect escrow. Verified metrics are provided via API integration and are accurate as of the last sync date. Buyers and sellers agree to act in good faith throughout the deal process. ChromeHunt reserves the right to mediate disputes through our arbitration process.
3. Escrow & Fees
Escrow funds are held by Stripe via Stripe Connect escrow until all deal conditions are met. ChromeHunt charges a commission of 10% on successful transactions (minimum $500, maximum $15,000). If a deal falls through due to failed verification or mutual cancellation, escrow funds are released back to the buyer by Stripe, minus any applicable processing fees.
4. Verification & Disclaimers
ChromeHunt verifies extension metrics through API integrations where available. We provide valuations based on data-driven models but do not guarantee future performance. All extensions are sold as-is with representations made by the seller. ChromeHunt is not responsible for post-transfer performance or third-party policy changes.
5. Data Privacy
We do not store your browsing history. Your search queries on ChromeHunt are processed in real-time and are not linked to individual user profiles. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling practices.
